Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of MyImagineer, including our AI storybook generator, illustrated image generation, voice narration features, and related tools (collectively, the "Service"). This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Scope

MyImagineer enables users to generate illustrated storybooks, including AI-generated images, story text, and optional voice narration. Because the Service produces AI-generated media, you must follow the content guidelines below for all prompts, uploads, outputs, and shared content.

2. Prohibited Content — NSFW & Adult Material

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, generate, share, or distribute sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, or otherwise NSFW (not safe for work) content of any kind. This prohibition applies to all AI-generated media on the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Nudity intended to arouse or depict sexual acts
  • Sexually suggestive or explicit illustrations, scenes, or characters
  • Adult, erotic, or pornographic story content or dialogue
  • NSFW chatbots, roleplay, or prompts designed to produce adult material
  • Any content that would be inappropriate for a general or family audience

Attempts to bypass content filters, use coded language, or otherwise circumvent moderation to generate prohibited adult content are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination.

3. AI-Generated Image & Illustration Guidelines

When generating illustrated storybook pages, covers, or other visual content, you must not:

  • Generate images depicting violence, gore, or graphic harm, especially toward minors
  • Create content that promotes hate, harassment, discrimination, or intimidation against individuals or groups
  • Produce misleading or deceptive imagery, including fake news visuals or fraudulent documentation
  • Generate face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content of any real person without their explicit written consent
  • Create content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Depict real individuals (including public figures) in false, defamatory, or harmful contexts
  • Generate content that is illegal under applicable law in your jurisdiction

4. Voice Narration & Audio Guidelines

MyImagineer may offer voice narration and voice-style features for storybooks. When using these features, you must not:

  • Clone, imitate, or synthesize the voice of any real person without their explicit written consent
  • Use voice features to create deceptive audio, impersonation, fraud, or misleading content
  • Generate audio that contains sexually explicit, harassing, threatening, or abusive speech
  • Use voice output to misrepresent identity, endorse products, or spread misinformation

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any voice reference or audio input you provide.

5. General Prohibited Uses

In addition to the restrictions above, you may not use the Service to:

  • Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Exploit, endanger, or sexualize minors in any way
  • Promote terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activities
  • Harass, stalk, threaten, or dox other individuals
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or exploit the Service
  • Circumvent usage limits, moderation systems, or access controls
  • Use automated tools to scrape, spam, or overload the platform

6. Content Moderation

We use automated and manual content moderation to screen prompts and generated outputs before and after creation. Prompts or requests that violate this AUP may be blocked automatically. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates this policy, with or without notice.

Repeated or severe violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without refund.

7. Your Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for all prompts, inputs, and outputs you create or share
  • You must ensure your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
  • You must obtain all necessary rights and consents for any personal data, likenesses, or copyrighted material you include in prompts or uploads
  • You must not represent AI-generated content as human-created when doing so would be deceptive or harmful

8. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. Include a description of the issue and any relevant links or screenshots.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
