MyImagineer provides AI-powered tools to create illustrated storybooks from a single prompt. Our platform is designed for creators, storytellers, educators, and families who want visual storytelling—an AI story generator plus matching illustrations in a flipbook-style reader—without complex design software.

2. User Responsibilities

  • You must use the voice enhancer in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
  • You are responsible for the audio or video content you upload, enhance, or share using our platform.
  • You must not use the service to upload, generate, share, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, misleading, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • You must not upload content that contains personal information of others without their consent.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or exploit the service or its underlying technology.
  • You must not use the service in ways that promote hate, violence, discrimination, or misinformation.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in the MyImagineer service, including its software, user interface, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors.
  • You retain ownership of your original input content (your prompts and any inputs you provide). Generated outputs are licensed to you for lawful personal or commercial use as permitted below.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your input content solely for the purpose of providing the AI storybook generator service and supporting viewing, sharing, and account features.

4. License & Usage

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and enhanced outputs for lawful personal, educational, or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
  • Commercial use may be subject to your plan limits or additional terms depending on your subscription. Contact us if you need higher limits for business or enterprise use.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service itself except as expressly permitted.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any input content, and for the use of enhanced outputs in your projects.
  • Do not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization or fair use justification.
  • Respect the privacy and rights of individuals whose images or likenesses may appear in generated content.

6. Service Availability & Changes

  • We strive to provide reliable, high-quality service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical issues, or high demand.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of the service, or for any other reason we deem necessary.
  • Free users may experience queue delays during peak usage periods. Premium users receive priority processing.

7. Disclaimers

  • MyImagineer is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect video generation results.
  • Generated stories and illustrations may not always meet your expectations, and automated generation may produce inaccuracies, artifacts, or inconsistent results.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claims arising from your use of the platform or generated content.
  • The service may require review and minor edits depending on your quality standards and publishing requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any output that is inaccurate or for issues caused by your source recording quality.

9. Indemnification

10. Subscription & Payment Terms
